BARVIC 1 (Large bar)

  (Must be a minimum of 100 people and maximum of 230)

BARVIC 2 (Small bar)

• Friday - Saturday 
  7:00pm - 12:00am/1:00am £180.00
  (Must be a minimum of 40 people and maximum of 90)

BARVIC 1 & 2

• Monday - thursday
  7:00pm - 12:00am/1:00am £125.00
• Friday - Saturday
  7:00pm - 12:00am/1:00am £375.00
  (Minimum 230 people)
• Sunday
  4 hours - £100.00

We do not hire both bars on a Friday evening.

A £50.00 deposit will secure the date required. The remainder of the hire fee is payable one week in advance along with a £200.00 deposit for damages. The damages deposit will be returned the Monday after the function.
If an extension of hours is required, a letter is required for us to apply to the court (preferable the same time as the £50.00 deposit is paid).
Customers are welcome to enter the bar one hour prior to their party to decorate or set up D.J. equipment.
The use of drawing pens, selotape, sprinkles or party poppers are not permitted. We can provide white tack for putting up banners and balloons.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a cloakroom service or remove any gaming machines.
We also ask if customers are providing their own food, they clear this at the end of the evening.
